Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Walking to the station at about 8am today, I noticed a huge slab of liver in the middle of Wightman Rd at the top of Mattison Rd. It looked about the same size as my cat so I'm guessing 8kg. Probably fell off the back of a butchers van. Anyone else see it? The foxes are going to have a treat today!

Thanks Lauren, it's mine. I liver just across the road so it may have dropped out while I was taking my morning constitutional. Been feeling a bit liverish lately. Thanks again - I've recovered it now before the foxes had a taste.

I can tell I'm going to heart this conversation.

Now you are talking a load of tripe!

Is life worth living?

A couple of weeks ago I was walking down Beaconsfield Road (residential road on the way to Seven Sisters) when I saw two whole pigs heads in the gutter - quite a horrible sight! It was a bit too far from the butchers on West Green Road to be accidental, I wondered if it was a nasty 'joke'. I was in a hurry, but came back the same way later on and they had gone - otherwise I would have rung environmental health dept.

Well I think your headline may have won an award for "most intriguing" this week! Wondered before I opened it if you could have been referring to someone "living life to the full" as in "big hitter". Our area is a contstant source of delight.

Dirty pretty thing?

JJ, you've raised the artistic tone with that neat film reference.
