Builder reccomendation for opening up a fireplace

I have a small fireplace in my living room from which an ancient back boiler has been removed leaving a hole. I'm hoping to get a builder in to open up the fireplace back up to it's original size and plaster it to make a feature.

Anyone got any recommendations for a local builder for a small job?
