Understood that it has been reported to the Police and the owner is known to the Police.               Dog in question I understand is a cross bred Pitbull.

Understood that the Dog has bitten other Dogs and owners

Feeling at meeting that Police was not that willing to get issue sorted

Reason for looking up legal standing

Many years ago I was a Park keeper at Finsbury Park and used to take several Dogs a week to the Police.    That I and other staff had found off leads and causing issues.                                    Majority was never claimed and taken to Battersea Dogs home.

Yes they was held in park Kennel to see if claimed. Before taken to Police

Yes there was Signs about areas where Dogs had to be on Leads.                                          Around Lake and play Frame /areas

The amount of Dog owners that used to bring their Dogs into office and Complain that Metal Fences and Tree Stubs had injured their dogs.                                                                           Best laugh was Squirrels biting dogs noises when they used to chase them through metal fences

Or Trees that owners uses to hang dogs off to toughen them up, throwing the Dogs a Distance and Hurting and even killing a couple when they hit trees of fences

One of the finest Ruggles' Canine Octets.

The missing Sestet is on the 'Man Bites Dog' theme.

I think it’s genuine appreciation. Bob’s contributions are often informative, to the point and well intended.
