Thought i'd post here but this advertised on the usual sites.   My son is looking for someone to share his beautiful 3 bedroom garden flat in a quiet, no-through road in Finsbury park. It is 10 minutes walk to the station and a few minutes from buses to the City or West End. It's a few minutes walk to Clissold and Finsbury Parks, the Castle climbing Centre and Woodberry Wetlands, so a great place to live.

The flat is on the ground and lower ground floor of a Victorian house. You will share a living room, kitchen, utility room (with tumble dryer and storage) garden and bike store. The room for rent is on the lower ground floor and is a good size double with a window onto the garden, and has its own loo and shower room.  

Would suit professional someone aged 27-35.   £800 pm inclusive all bills
