External repairs and house painting in one go?

Hi All

I'm looking for someone to do some external repairs to the front of our house (some pointing and window sill repair) and to repaint it. Ideally we would like to have this done in one go so we don't have to pay for scaffolding twice.

I'm not sure if this will require two tradespeople (a builder and a painter?) or if there are people out there who can do both or work together. Has anyone had anything similar done? Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Thanks Tris - yes I've noticed a few houses with scaffolding, I'll go for a wander!

I just had my Seymour Road property done with Crest Roofing and Lordship Windows. It looks fabulous. Hane Estate Agents organised everything for me.
