Final Class 313 Railtour today

The last journey of a 313 on the Great Northern is today... a special railtour. Attached is a sneak peek at the special retro paint job that’s been done for the day.

Gerry’s 313 Farewell (named for GN’s retiring engineering director Gerry McFadden) will do the following... follow the links for times (subtract or add 2 minutes to the Finsbury Park time for Harringay, 4 for Hornsey):

1000 Kings Cross-Royston (via Letchworth sidings)

1143 Royston-Hertford North

1321 Hertford North-Moorgate

1437 Moorgate-Hornsey Down Reversing Sidings

1511 Hornsey Down Reversing Sdgs-Kings Cross (via Ferme Park flyover)

For ease, it’s booked to pass Harringay at 1009, 1416, 1452 and 1515, plus an empty stock move at each end.
