Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Thanks so much for the recent donations, especially from various street collections on the Ladder.

The Gospel Centre has had a food bank for a number of years and as been independent this past year.

As we know with the current situation many people are experiencing increased hardship. We receive and serve visitors from across Haringey, but especially now from N8 and increasingly N4 and into Islington.

At this time we would prefer to have people come to us who are more local (N22 as well). So please send people our way, preferably with a note of introduction at

  • Sunday 11- 1pm
  • Tuesday 6.30-8.30pm

at the corner of Raleigh Road and Wightman Road, N8 0LT.

If you wish to donate it is best to give nonperishable food and toiletries.

Our particular need at present are for:

  • Rice
  • Soup
  • fish
  • tomatoes
  • milk (preferably UHT)
  • pasta
  • curry sauce
  • toiletries

Many thanks

Hi there, so if you want to donate is it during the times mentioned above? And is there direct access to be able to leave items, bearing in mind the current situation with the virus. I only have a few items at the moment, but would still like to donate. Many Thanks.
