Found: Turkish ID card with name Güven

Hi,

Wednesday 2nd October evening on Green Lanes, found a Turkish ID card (see attached image).

It belongs to someone called Güven -- if they would message me on here I can return it to them.  For me to return it to them, I'd like them to confirm their last name and date of birth so I can be sure I've got the right person.
