Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hello!

I wondered if anyone has had experience of preparing their garden for a fairly large shed?

I'm looking for a cost effective way of laying some groundwork which doesn't involve wooden decking, and any reccomendations of someone local who might be able to pop by and give me a quote?

Thanks in advance!

Beth

Hello Beth please contact me on 07871432282 to discuss the details.

Kind regards Patrick

As above in terms of initial prep but I used Crushed stone and rubble, with a 10 mm layer of "type1 MOT" to level it out.  I did it myself and used a hand held impacting tool but you can hire an electric one for a day to get a fine level surface.  I then laid a plastic kit shed base.  It's still going strong 6 years later, shed size 17 foot by 7.  Concrete slabs migh be cheaper, but the plastic is easier to transport and move around.
