Hispanos UK is looking for volunteer English teachers

A voluntary group called Hispanos UK meets every Saturday morning 10 - 1 pm to teach English to Spanish speakers living in London. The group has been going for several years and now needs some new teachers on board.

The group is made up of volunteers only and we are currently looking to recruit several teachers who would be able to teach for an hour or more on a Saturday morning. If we have more volunteers we can rotate who teaches every Saturday and thus make the commitment less demanding. Ideally we would like volunteers with teaching experience (although this is not essential) - the group provides a rough guide of topics to cover, but we ask teachers to plan their own sessions.

The classes consist of up to 20 students of different ages and nationalities and with an incredible will to learn. The classes take place in the Bridge Community Hut, off Seven Sisters Road and in Chestnuts Community Centre
