Hi everyone,
I've recently bought my first home in the area (Tottenham Hale) and have been doing the usual fixing ups before moving in.
However, when taking the plaster off in a section next to some windows it looks like I've got wood rot in a beam embedded in the wall.
It would be great to get the details of a builder I can speak to about how best to fix this. Whether it needs repairing or replacing, how to do that, how troublesome this really is and whether it compromises the structural integrity of the wall.
Would urgently appreciate someones details to speak to about this that could also visit the property to have a look.
Thanks,
Steve
