Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Saw some posts on the forum but all quite old...

So my neck and shoulders are killing me, I desperately need a good series of massages, I’m looking for someone local, I’m in St.Ann’s road but can also travel a bit.

Anyone to recommend?

I've used Wood Green Health on Lordship Lane a few times and been very happy with the outcome. I had a sports massage.

I've recommended Integrated Body Dynamics on Ferme Park Road before but I still go - last time 2 weeks ago!

Massage in Motion (Leonie) is great. She's just off the West Green end of Philip Lane. She'll be at Tottenham Green Market this Sunday too, that's where I discovered her!

Would also recommend Leonie https://www.treatwell.co.uk/place/massage-in-motion-london/reviews/...  My shoulders get stiff from too much computer work; since I started monthly massages with Leonie I have been pain free, and feeling a lot better generally.  The treatment room is an oasis of calm, Leonie is a genuinely warm person, and the great bonus for me is that she is local.

thanks ladies- will definitely give these guys a try :)

Def second recommendation for integrated body dynamics

I know a really great local massage therapist called Johnny if you are still looking. He has helped me work out a lot of shoulder tension in the last few years. He does a combination of Reiki, Shiatsu, Sotai, Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage, Personal Coaching & Timeline Counseling. He is one of the only people in London who does Sotai which I would highly recommend.  His email is j.w.nuclear@gmail.com
