Lost/stolen tan & white dog - Markfield Park N15

This male tan & white called Rex has been reported as lost/stolen since 28th September from Markfield Park N15 area. There is a photo of person seen with Rex on CCTV who needs to be found to eliminate from police enquiry if he is innocent.

His owner sensibly got him microchipped. (Hopefully owner has contacted microchip company and checked that they have owner's correct contact details).
