Man and van recommendation
some of you on the ladder may have had a colourful flyer through the door from a 'man and van' guy called Chris
as it happened i needed to take a load of stuff to the waste and recycling centre so got him to help me
he's a good guy, turned up on time etc and no problems - very reasonable rates too

Just FYI - I hired Chris to help me move a mattress last night and he just didn't turn up. No text or call to cancel either, just left me waiting.
