Come and Join me for a fantastic 8 Week Mindfulness for Health course. LAST FEW PLACES AVAILABLE. 

This course is specifically designed for anyone who lives with any kind of pain or health condition. It will teach you to use mindfulness and meditation techniques to reduce pain and stress and massively increase your quality of life.

It is a fun, interactive course taught in a group setting which really gives you tools to get more out of your life and enjoy it more even when times are hard.   

The course is based on the work of Vidyamala Burch, an internationally respected leader in the field of Mindfulness Based Pain Management. The course book ‘Mindfulness for Health’ won first prize for popular medicine in the 2014 British Medical Association Book Awards. I am an experienced and highly qualified mindfulness teacher who also lives with a painful health condition and I love teaching this course!
