Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Haringey Friends of Parks Forum (HFoPF) supported by Haringey Federation of Residents Associations is about to publish “The Moselle: Haringey’'s River”, a walk guide along the route of the river from Highgate to Tottenham.

The Moselle flows from the Northern Heights in the extreme west of Haringey to the River Lee in the east.  Much of it is hidden in a culvert, but is commemorated in the names of streets and buildings.

HFoPF plan to publish 5,000 copies of this eight page A5 folded colour guide which will be distributed free to Friends groups, Residents Associations, community groups, public libraries and so on.

To launch the guide they are leading an inaugural walk on Sunday 24th June - meet 11am at the Lodge Café in Queen’s Wood, N10 3JP (Highgate Wood bus stop on 43 and 143 bus routes; Highgate is the nearest tube). People can join the route at Lordship Rec at 1pm.

I'm attaching a copy of the final draft. The final polished version will be available on the HFRA website soon.
