Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Despite various online maps I'm having trouble figuring out where to pick up the path (going south towards Finsbury Park etc) when you emerge onto Wightman Road from the bit which goes from near Hornsey station. Could someone tell me, please? One source seemed to imply you can't pick it up again till you're in Finsbury Park. Is this the case and if so, where in Finsbury Park?

Oh yes, the Thames Water booklet is exactly the thing I was trying to find, thanks Geoff.

Section 21 to 20 - from Ally Pally station onwards - is really lovely to walk along (once you get to the river part)

I've just taken a group on this today - you have to pick it up again in Myddleton Road, in a section which crosses the North Circular. A bit further on is where all the coots' nests are.

Thanks - it was this 'luphen' (why is it called that?) one I found hard to follow as the pic is fuzzy and I'd rather have directions as to which actual roads to walk down. You can't see the names of stations properly and zoom only makes them more blurry.

If you like Google maps, you can see the route at  https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1VYhLVYXm6NOnM1XpDCRu8e_iB...

Thanks - I find I have to stare at such things for some time before they make sense. You can only see the road names if the rest of it is obscured - this is what I find so frustrating about online maps.

This is great information Geoff! Thanks! :-)
