Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I challenged a parking fine on Nov 1st - I have a copy of the 'receipt' - but haven't heard back yet. I'm not expecting they'll let me off, frankly, but now I'm concerned that a letter might have gone astray as it's been six weeks. Does anyone know how long they usually take?

I challenged a parking fine with Hackney council on 1 December. And got a letter retracting the fine on 9 December. That was Hackney but still should hear back within 6-weeks.

Good luck

We challenged a parking ticket in Barnet in June. Finally got the letter to say they wouldn't be pursing it in October.

They say they 'aim to respond within 28 days'...but I've seen that before. There doesn't seem to be a way to chase it up.

I challenged one in July and had it cancelled about 8 weeks later. Be patient
