Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi !

I've got family from France, coming over for the Easter weekend. I'd like to bring them in a pub with their 2 children. Anywhere to recommend from finsbury Park to Alexandra palace ?

Alexandra Palace end, with kids, I'd recommend having a look at these:

The Gate – Outside Ally Pally rail station

The Prince – Specialises in locally brewed beers/ciders

The Ranelagh – A little further afield, but nice garden weather permitting.

Hope that's of use.

Salisbury. Old Dairy. Maynard. Three Compasses. And Victoria Stakes (if it's reopened).

I agree with pub suggestions from Neil and Bushy. I would just add The Westbury (57 Westbury Ave, Wood Green, London N22 6SA)...i'm saying this because i went there for dinner with my nephew and they were fine. i tried Starting Gate and they said that no children are allowed at weekends after 8 I think...

Stapleton Tavern, the Faltering Fullback if it's sunny for the beer garden, The Queens, Earl Haig Hall.

It's a pretty broad question, you may need to narrow down what you're looking for.

Don't tell people about the Fullback!

Everyone already knows

If they didn't know you've just told them

We've been to Brouhaha on Green Lanes several times with a number of children & teens and have always been made to feel welcome.

If you fancy a walk - first take the 41 bus down to Tottenham Hale.
Walk north on the river Lea and through Tottenham marches, turn west, past white hart lane stadium and through to the north side of Bruce castle park.
Stop at The Antwerp Arms, opposite the park for great food and drink (you'll need to check the kitchens open that day and no football on at WHL)
Suitably refreshed , return through lordship rec and downhills park.

If you're going to Tottenham Hale, walk a short distance along Ferry Lane to the Ferry Boat Inn (bus 230 stops right outside). Busy pub by rivers and reservoirs with a long orchard garden full of apple blossom. A chain pub, but with good food and a range of beers.

You're amazing ! Thank you very much !!!

I know the fullback and Salisbury, but would they accept kids ?
The Salisbury is like a nursery school on Saturday and Sunday. They don't let you in unless accompanied by a child.
