Tottenham help us celebrate Tottenham

Royal Court Theatre and choreographer Quang Kien Van are staging a thrilling outdoor promenade performance to open our Tottenham summer.

We are seeking Tottenham community members to be a voluntary part of "Bunny Dance" our joyous parade and opening ceremony dance!

Bunny Dance
An army of local drummers and dancers, led by dancer and choreographer Quang K Van, celebrate life and Tottenham  in a parade performance through Lordship Rec. in Tottenham In creating the piece, Quang has taken inspiration from the Chinese legend of the Moon Rabbit and the energy of the people of Tottenham. 

Bunny Dance is an invitation to move and an invitation to party.

Who any one age 16-100
Where: Lordship Hub in Lordship Rec

When rehearse: 29, 30 and 31 July 7-930 pm

Perform: 1st August (starts at 6:30pm)

We would love you to join us  with choreographer Quang Kien Van, 3 professional dancers and a team of drummers for our outdoor performance on the 1st of August.  The more the merrier.

If you are free to rehearse and play any of the evenings of 29, 30, 31 July (7pm-9:30pm) and Saturday 1st August (2pm to 6pm)

If you have any interest in dance movement or performance whether it be ballroom or body popping or just being you this project is perfect for you.

It doesn’t matter what level you are come and join in

We are working with 3 professional dancers and a group of around 20 plus community performers. It will be parade style event around the park with the drummers and dancers leading us through.
