Short Term Room Available on the Ladder

My housemate is moving back to Paris due to Covid 19 and I have a spare room in my house on the ladder. 

It is a single room in a beautiful home, large living room, kitchen and dining space as well as a garden. It is 650 a month with all bills included.  The room is available from the 25th May. 

I am currently working from home and I have given notice that I will also be moving from the property. My current contract ends at the end of July so this is a short term let. The house will be made available to rent through an estate agent after this. I am trying to negotiate a shorter notice period so this could be the end of June.
