Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Forlatt is two years old and has been abandoned three times already.

Her first owner - confined her to live in one room, rightly somebody felt this was cruel and so took her on.
Her second owner - didn't get her neutered - so when Forlatt ventured out to explore her new garden, she came back pregnant, and had kittens. The second owner only wanted her kittens and not Forlatt. She was then about to be dumped on the streets when somebody stepped in to take her on again.
Her third owner - still didn't get her neutered so she attracted male cats and the owner didn't like them spraying. So Forlatt was then dumped in a cemetery.

Despite all of this she still craves affection and The Mayhew is looking to find her an understanding owner.
Sadly this story is typical. If only people at the very least would be responsible enough to get pets neutered.

How sad!!! I cannot bear people who do this to animals. I really hope someone takes her in permanently and looks after her with love and care this time

Is the Mayhew going to neuter her before giving her to a new owner?

Thanks Sarah, that's important to mention. Yes the Mayhew has neutered her.

Cats, kittens and dogs at rescue places are always neutered and microchipped before rehoming - as they are all inundated with homeless animals, desperate for homes, so they want to prevent breeding more.
