Wanted: opportunity for excellent Organiser/PA type individual (casual part-time)

I'm looking for an excellent organiser who may also have some handy(wo)man type skills (as a bonus!) to help me organise my house and my life and help me stay on top of things.

Tasks may include things like - de-cluttering the entire house and organising cupboards and storage areas, sorting out historical photos via frames and photo-books, organising and implementing improvements to the home office, running errands, and occasionally fixing or arranging tradespeople to tend to home maintenance things.

Will pay hourly rate that is mutually acceptable.  May suit student or someone with other things on their plate as hours are pretty flexible in terms of when they would need to be worked (although day-time preferred).  I'm thinking 4 hours per week initially.
