Vinyasa Flow Thursdays evenings at your doorstep.
This class integrates dynamic breath-flow sequences (vinyasa), core cultivation and traditional Hatha Yoga postures in order to cultivate internal strength, flexibility, fluidity and balance. Sessions conclude with breathing exercises and relaxation.
Open level, beginners welcome.
