This early nineteenth terrace was built when this street was still known as Maynard Road, probably by James Wright of Wright's Cottages on Crouch End Hill. It was pulled down not long after this photo was taken.

Below is the same view today from Google Street View. It looks like the position of the bus stop is about the only thing that hasn't changed!
