The boat house was pretty much where the cafe is today, but nearer to the lake.

The beautiful tearoom under the trees was a favourite haunt. A glass of Tizer, an icecream between two wafers. Those were the days.

Oh yes, I enjoyed many hours in this park and went into the wonderful tea room , plus a boat trip on the lake when pocket money allowed, oh such wonderful memories.
