That's a handsome building - sort of rail platform architecture. Plenty of space to take tea and scones on the veranda out of the rain and sun.

Thanks for posting this, Hugh. I remember being treated to ice cream in a similar building in the same location when I was a child in the late '60s or early '70s. Would it still have been the same building?

Probably, Joe. It was still standing in 1951 and the new building looks like 1970s architecture or later.
