PhotoShop is obviously older than we thought it was.  But it was apparently beyond the capability of this early version to include more than just the tip of the tower 'reflected' in the water of the lake.

What is that tower, the lake seems much to large for Ally Pally & the land to flat.

It may have been part of a set for one of the legendary firework displays mounted beside the boating lake.

Hmmm looking at the other image it looks a bit like a set up image using an elaborate version of the Meccano Eiffel Tower construction, although this image seems a bit early for that:

I have just suggested an anchorage for the airship project, in 1905, on the other images. If a shed was erected to build the craft why not an anchorage as well.

I have just found a footnote in the Palace archive to a previous posted image saying it is an Electric Light Tower.
