It is if you are using the pavements in Tottenham. The ones not on the High Road!!! Many have not been repaired in many, many years. I trip every time I walk on them! And no one can tell me when mine are due for renewal. It isn't a priority, you see with all the cuts and that. AND REGENERATION IS A PRIORITY.
