Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Book of Remembrance opened for those lost during the COVID-19 pandemic

This week, a virtual book of remembrance has been launched in Haringey.

Family, friends and carers now have a special designated place to pay tribute to loved ones who were living in Haringey, with a photo and a short, written message.

You can share your tributes to loved ones via the link here

The book of remembrance is a collaboration between Haringey Council, Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust, Bridge Renewal Trust, North Central London Clinical Commission Group, and Mind In Haringey. Links to the book of remembrance will be available on their websites, as well as the council website at: haringey.gov.uk/covidremembrance.

It will also be made into a hard copy, which will be available to view at Bruce Castle Museum.

Once it is safe to do so,  a memorial event in Haringey will be held to celebrate the lives of those we have lost.
