Free Reebok Exercise bike - lacking resistance!

If anyone has the ability or interest in tinkering with an exercise bike its yours! It should have adjustable resistance levels but these dont seem to work anymore which makes it very easy to ride! But - perhaps someone can fix it?  Collection from Beresford Road.
