Fun swing fitness classes moving to a new Clapton venue on Thursdays!

My friend's Swing Train classes she used to hold in Holloway are moving to a new venue in Clapton.  she's doping her first class in the new venue on Thursday for half price (£4) if anyone's interested in trying it for a bargain price

It's a bit like zumba (or good old fashion aerobics) only using swing, jazz and Charleston dance steps and music.  It's a great workout - be prepared to sweat buckets - and really fun.  I've found it a really positive and friendly class - Renja's great at adapting things for all levels of fitness
