I want to recommend my great builder

Hi all, I live on the ladder and have used a great local builder for years, for which I want to post a recommendation on here as I know how hard good builders are to find.

He is very competent at all building works and his services are reasonably priced; for many things he charges a day rate, although major jobs may be slightly different.

He is always looking for solutions, exceptional attention to detail, considerate and an all round nice guy.

He has completed the following for me over the last few years: Re-pointing the side of a house, new loft insulation, renovated sash windows, painting and decorating, repairs to my roof, new kitchen and bathroom, replacement of a boiler part. He can do it all and comes highly recommended.
