Plants wanted, Lavender, Rose, Wysteria like romantic or parkour palms etc

Hello everyone hope you’re all staying well out there!

Ive decided to try and make the balcony a little more lovely with plants as i guess we’ll be spending a lot of time out there this year! 

I would love some beautiful flowers, scented , trailing, anything romantic I would prefer to support people during this time as opposed to B&Q etc also i cant afford a great deal but am happy to pay £4 per plant
