Please put water out for the hedgehogs, especially during this dry weather

This time last year, the long drought caused lots of dehydrated & vulnerable hedgehogs to start wondering about during the day, looking for water. As a result, we discovered that there's quite a few hedgehogs living on Harringay Ladder in the St Ann's & West Green area. If you have a garden, please would you take a few minutes to help hedgehogs, birds & other wildlife by putting out a few different sources of water for them. For hedgehogs, dishes of water at ground level are great (just don't use a dish that too deep or they'll drown) & then maybe some bird baths off the ground & away from cats.
