About 0800 . Could not believe the number of Purple Bags that Road Sweepers get through

The was hundreds along the High Road & Green Lanes.                                                          And Borough has many more such Shopping areas

Plus multiple black bags and bundles of collapsed Trade Waste.                                          Which should not be put out to late evening

Also past in the early Hours the other day. trade had cleared most of the Rubbish.                  But not the excess around Bins and other posts

Can not believe that Enforcement allows this to go on ?

Must be costing Rate Payers Millions extra payments to the Contractor .                                   As outside normal contracted services
