Range of issues in our Notting Hill Genesis block of flats

Hi all,

I thought I'd post here, as I'm sure this is something that others will have experienced. Our Tottenham-based block has a whole range of issues, some of which date back to almost when we all moved in 5+ years ago, and some of which are really serious, like fire systems not working!  

As we are consistently ignored, and because I've had some luck challenging companies on Twitter previously, from yesterday onwards I am posting my #FaultOfTheDay at their two main Twitter accounts, and will be sharing with others that I think should know about this, such as local councillors etc.

Note - I won;t be broadcasting the name of the block, as it's unfair to anyone who might wish to sell or rent out their flat if this is what comes up. I love our block and we have a great community, but these issues do need sorting!

So, really mainly wondering if anyone might be kind enough to help me to amplify my voice over on Twitter, and/or provide suggestions of how I could get more traction generally?

Also, if some of you struggle with getting larger companies to listen to you and are Twitter users, happy to chat about how useful this approach has been for me in the past!

Here is a link to my first #FaultOfTheDay, which is the most serious as it's a fire safety system that has been broken across the block for at least the last year, and probably most of the time that we have been living here!
