Room for student available

I am looking to rent out my son's room when he goes back to Uni in mid-September. I would prefer a student, but consider other options.

It's a lovely large and bright room on the Harringay Ladder, with double bed and sofa, sharing bathroom and kitchen with me. The rent is £600 per month all inclusive.
