Spam/scam Virgin emal

I received an email this morning purporting to be from Virgin, saying that they had decided to suspend payments for all contracts if you clicked on the link to verify your account. Of course it was a 'phishing' email, but even though I am usually very cautious about these things, I very nearly clicked on it because, having suddently found myself with no income, I am keen to minimise any outgoings. Just wanted to pass on the reminder to be very careful in these times of high anxiety - the crooks are still out there trying to take advantage of the situation.
