Stating it will Not be needed if more people Recycle there waste

Joke is there is Not a viable Market for much of today's recyclable Materials

Not forgetting much of past collected has been Dumped overseas for years

Big Joke is that as Boroughs grow in numbers more are eating Fast Food.                              Much is not viable for recycling especially if food Stained.

Thrown in the Waste Bin it does produce Hot Water and Electricity

Re fumes from plant. Sure it can not be as bad as Traffic fumes from the                              High Traffic Flow past the current plant

Another joke is that the Boroughs that use the Facility must be some of UK's highest     Populated Boroughs.                                                                                                              With growing numbers living in Rooms than properties with space for recyclable Collection
