Wanted - a "running buggy"

Hello

Does anyone have a "running buggy" they no longer use and would like to sell?  Our daughter wants one to help regain her fitness.  Her son is a sturdy 18 month old, so it will need to be strong and durable and I guess they come with wide wheels and good suspension (you can tell I''m a novice on this topic!).
