2-3 bedroom house/flat wanted in January

Hi,
We are friends who have been living in Harringay for over three years and hope to find a reasonably priced property to rent long term from January. We hope to find a 3 bed property or 3 rooms in a small house share, but would still be interested in 2 bed properties as well.
If you know of anything please get in touch, as we would really love to stay local.
