We are going away for a 6-8 weeks from the 7th of Feb and would love to rent the house out to someone local.

The house is on the other side of the Ladder near Woodlands Park Road.

We are flexible on dates and rent will be at purely to cover our mortgage costs over that time for the right people.

Got planning permission for that ? Otherwise If the house burns down your insurance could easily not pay. Be careful, rules not changed yet.
