Dear All,

Attached are a list of all properties on the `Ladder` with three or more doorbells. Obviously this does NOT mean they are all properties converted into HMO`s without planning but a number of them may be.

We will be passing this list to LBH for their consideration.

Some illegal conversions however may not have door buzzers at all so if any of you know of suspected illegal conversions near you that are not on this list, please forward details on to us and we will add them.

You missed one of the most notorious HMOs on the ladder: 102 Warham Rd, the double building that may only have one bell but has already been shut down by the council once (after a three year battle). There have been at least three morning police raids on the place (owned by the proprietor of Maqsood News on Green Lanes) and the council is now trying to get in to talk to the next set of residents. There were 20 people or more living in this place at one point and the neighbours had a bed bug and dumped rubbish problem from the building.
