Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Air Ambulance Landing in North Harringay School?
Just watched the Air Ambulance (I believe) buzzing around the top of the Ladder and it looked like ultimately landing over towards North Harringay school- I also hear the howl of sirens.
It does not sound good, what is happening?

It usually lands in Duckett's Common. It's never good :(

It's only landed once in the playground - about 3 or 4 years ago.
The pilot has obviously considered landing there on two or 3 other occasions.

OK, it certainly did not look like it as heading for Ducketts.
Without trying to diminish what was happening, it can never be good when you see a helicopter involved, but it made me think about what the pilot was looking like he was about to land within and it made me think of a book I read about US Vietnam pilots called Chickenhawk. Well worth a read!
