Application for the "storage of oils, fuels or chemicals" at Hornsey Sidings

I noticed a planning application on this planning week's list for the 'storage of oils, fuels or chemicals' at Hornsey Sidings. I've had a quick look and I think it's non-contentious in that it refers only to chemicals for washing trains. 

However, with the proximity of the New River, I thought those with an interest in things ecological may want to have a quick look. Equally with notes about flammability those whose properties back on to the sidings may be interested.
