Authentic Columbian Tomales: chicken & starchy dough steamed in a banana leaf !

I just stumbled across these at a Columbian community cafe open on Tuesday lunchtimes at the chestnuts community centre. They were delicious and a surprising new addition to the culinary delights of the area, where you would least expect them!

I had lunch there on Tuesday, and it was delicious, in a very friendly atmosphere.

They are open from 12am to 6pm every Tuesday
