Basement Conversion

We are looking to convert the basement in our Edwardian terraced house to put a large kitchen diner in there. The front of the house has been partially excavated and the back is already in use as a utility room and cloakroom. Our next door neighbours have done a similar thing a few years back and this required underpinning at the front.  Has anyone had similar work done or can recommend a company that is experienced in this - we'd like support with both the design and the build.
