"This meanwhile use site comprises a carpark and a building named Tulip House found at 5 River Park Road, London, N22 7TB. These spaces are being redeveloped to create new spaces for local creatives and start up enterprises who want to make, do and sell from the site.

Timeline

January and Febuary 2017: Studios spaces ready for occupation, applications accepted now. Read the application information for studios spaces here. Complete the application form for studio spaces

March 2017 onwards: Applications for all other spaces open

April 2017: All spaces ready for occupation, soft launch of site

Summer 2017: Launch party

December 2021: Meanwhile use period comes to an end

Ahh! is this what they're replacing The Chotolate factory with??

I love this i initiative. Big thumbs up for trying to get this off the ground.

One slight moan through.... from being a very local resident, that shade of blue that was used for the blue house is pretty nasty and doesn't work well in its environment in my opinion and nor was it painted well at all when you get close. So far it's it's just made the place look worse.
An artspace in a carpark run by Haringey Council & Jan Kattein Architects (A) ... or keeping our recycling centre open from current budget cuts? (B) Choose option A or option B.
And they hire freelance journalists!

The council I work for, I write the copy, Comms just edit it.
Brilliant idea! A very welcome development!
