Blue Vauxhall Astra parked in Falkland Road

I'm posting this here because I'm trying to track down the owner of a Blue Vauxhall Astra, number plate beginning KP, that's parked on Falkland Road opposite the main entrance to NHP. I've stuck a note on the windscreen and leafleted the nearby houses but no luck! 

There's no problem with the vehicle - it's just that it's right outside our house and we're moving tomorrow/Friday, so we were hoping the owner could move it so our removals lorry can park there. But it's been there for a few days now with no sign of the owner, so we're getting a bit desperate!

(Before anyone wades in, we've paid for the council to suspend parking outside the place we're moving to, also on the Ladder, but we didn't think it'd be an issue outside ours.)

If anyone knows the owner and can tip them off about this post, we'd be really grateful!
